You refer the client, order on the Eldris websites with your own email and one partner code, and Eldris invoices you, never your client. What the Eldris partner programme covers

One code, entered with your own email, applies on the Responsible Person, EPR and cosmetics order pages of every Eldris website. Eldris is the named Responsible Person or registrant; you are a referral partner and keep your client, your price and your own fees.

The compliance consultation is sold to partners at the public price, with no partner discount: it is the first sale for a client entering the EU or UK, and every service its report recommends is then ordered at the partner rate.

  1. EU and UK Responsible Person

    Eldris is named as the Responsible Person for your client's products in all 27 EU member states and the United Kingdom, in one order. The certificate and the label address are issued within 60 minutes of onboarding.

  2. Cosmetics: CPSR, PIF and CPNP

    The cosmetic product safety report and the product information file per formula, and the CPNP (EU) or SCPN (Great Britain) notification, from the same supplier as the Responsible Person.

  3. EPR registration in 29 countries

    Packaging, WEEE and batteries in the EU member states, Norway and the United Kingdom. Registered in the client's name; the annual reports are filed by Eldris; scheme and authority fees are passed through at cost.

  4. Compliance consultation

    A written compliance report for a client entering the EU or UK. Sold to partners at the public price, with no partner discount: it is the first sale, and every service its report recommends is ordered at the partner rate.

Does one partner code work on every Eldris website?

Yes. One code, entered with the partner's own email, applies on the Responsible Person, EPR and cosmetics order pages.

Is the consultation discounted?

No. The compliance consultation is at the public price for partners; the services its report recommends are ordered at the partner rate.

Is the Eldris partner programme white label?

No. Eldris is the named Responsible Person or registrant and issues the certificate in its own name; the partner is a referral partner and says so to its clients.

What does the partner code do?

Entered with your own email on any Eldris order page, it prices the order at the partner rate, in pounds, and makes the Responsible Person one yearly payment instead of a monthly plan.

Where are the partner prices?

In the partner price list, sent by email with the partner code when an application is approved. They are not published on the websites.

Which services are at the partner rate?

The EU and UK Responsible Person, the cosmetics lines Eldris performs itself (CPSR, PIF, CPNP) and every EPR registration line. The compliance consultation, the CPSR review and cosmetics variations are at the public price; scheme and authority fees are passed through at cost.

Who pays Eldris?

The partner pays at onboarding, by card or by bank transfer against a GBP invoice; Eldris takes no payment from the partner's clients.

Who does Eldris deal with?

Only the partner. Eldris does not contact the partner's clients; messages reach them through the partner, or through the portal once the partner's team is set up there.

Does the partner need an agreement?

Nothing is required to start. If the partner sends an agreement, Eldris signs it.

When can the partner's team use the Eldris portal?

From 10 clients a month for 2 months, Eldris sets the team up as partner users who see their own clients only.

What happens if a client's SKU count grows mid-year?

The Responsible Person tier is upgraded pro rata for the rest of the year; the next yearly payment is at the new tier.
