This page covers eldris.ai. Each Eldris service site (responsible.eldris.ai, cosmetics.eldris.ai, epr.eldris.ai, voice.eldris.ai, website.eldris.ai, consult.eldris.ai) explains what it collects when you order there. Payments are taken on those sites, not on eldris.ai.

What we collect and why

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view, the links you click (for example to an Eldris service site), when you open or use the chat, and general device and location information. We use this to improve the site. We do not sell data.

The Eldris chat

When you use the chat on the homepage, your messages are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and sent to OpenAI to write the replies. If you give your email address or company name in the chat, we store them with the conversation as an enquiry, and our own automation (n8n, run by Eldris) passes the enquiry to our team so we can reply. Do not put passwords or payment details in the chat.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we use your details and what you tell us to answer you and, if you ask, to provide a service.

Who helps us

We use these providers to run eldris.ai: Cloudflare (hosting), Google (analytics), Supabase (database), OpenAI (chat replies) and our own n8n automation server. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Some articles show a YouTube video preview: the preview image loads from YouTube, and the video player (youtube-nocookie.com) loads only when you press play.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell data.

Google Analytics sets two cookies: _ga and _ga_CG6QGG3E0M. Google keeps them for up to two years. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or in the UK to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If we change how we use data, we update this page and the date at the top.
