Terms of Service

1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by EldrisAi OÜ ("Eldris"), Ruunaoja tn 3, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia, Registration Number 17298529.

By using our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Eldris provides EU regulatory compliance services, including but not limited to: EU Responsible Person designation under EU 2019/1020, cosmetics compliance under EU 1223/2009, and EPR registration services (WEEE, batteries, packaging).

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed via Stripe. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once service delivery has begun.

Once payment has been made, the service is contractually finalised, and no refund is issued for cancellation, change of mind, or any other reason on your part. The sole exception is our own failure to deliver: if Eldris does not deliver the agreed scope of a purchased service, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid for that service on request. Outside of that circumstance, all fees are non-refundable.

Ongoing monthly fees are billed monthly in advance.

4. Duration and Cancellation of Contract

Subscription services renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, your designation or registration will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eldris acts as a compliance service provider. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all submissions, we accept no liability for regulatory rejections resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
